We’re so excited to partner with you and help you achieve your marketing goals ON PURPOSE! Our streamlined onboarding process ensures everything is set up for success from the start.

Here’s what you can expect as we begin working together:

Let’s Get Started!

Step 1: Check Your Email!
We have sent you an email with all the information you will need specific to your business.

Step 2: Review and Sign the Agreement
We’ll send you a standard agreement outlining the services, timelines, and expectations. Simply review, sign, and return it electronically to get started.

Step 3: Complete the Onboarding Form
Using the form on the right, provide us with essential details about your business, goals, and preferences by filling out our quick online form. This helps us better understand your needs and tailor our approach.

Step 4: Pay Your Invoice
We will commence work on your projects upon receipt of full payment or a down payment as previously arranged and authorized. Please be aware that some payment methods will incur 3% service fee. See your invoice for payment options.

Step 5: Share Access 
We’ll need access to specific tools, such as your website, social media accounts, and marketing platforms. For the most secure option, use Last Pass to easily share your passwords without telling us what they are!

Step 6: Visit Your Client Portal
We’ll create a shared Google Drive folder where we’ll store all important documents, strategies, and files. This will be your go-to space for collaboration and updates. Anytime we ask for files, just upload them in the portal!

Step 7: Share Resources
Using the Client Portal in the email we sent you, please upload your logos, promotional photos and any other marketing materials we may need.

Step 8: Schedule a Kickoff Call
Let’s connect! During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, clarify priorities, and outline the next steps for your project. Schedule the call HERE!

Step 9: Action Plan and Launch
Once onboarding is complete, we’ll provide you with an initial action plan and start executing strategies to help your business grow.
