Sue Bonzell is a dynamic entrepreneur, speaker, author, and media personality whose career spans more than two decades in marketing, broadcasting, real estate, and faith-driven business leadership. Known for her authentic style, creative vision, and commitment to helping others succeed, Sue has built a reputation as a trusted guide for small businesses and entrepreneurs who want to grow with confidence and purpose.
She spent nearly 20 years as an on-air personality in country radio, connecting with listeners and communities and also served as Marketing Director for four radio stations. She later became the creator and host of Up N Country, a TV show and video/audio podcast spotlighting rising country artists and giving them a platform to share their stories.
Sue also served as Chief Marketing Officer for her family’s small production winery in California, where she led brand campaigns in a highly competitive market. She later built a thriving career in real estate as a top-producing Realtor®, earning the title of Best Real Estate Agent twice and being named Realtor® of the Year by her peers. Alongside these roles, she has built a 20+ year career in marketing—ranging from running her own business to leading brand strategy for companies and entrepreneurs.
